Hopefully the responsible people will get severe penalties and a life time ban from the Bahamas.

Not just in the Exumas but in the park, at Cambridge Cay... I hope someone mails the pictures to the listing broker and to the owner. Disgusting.

    Yeah, disgusting X 200.
It is all over the internet, FB, Instagram, etc. The warden mailed out the pictures and to top it off, the Captain flipped off the photographer.
Hope they rot in Fox Hill..

Bahamian authorities don't react kindly to that kind of stuff and love making an example of someone. Could be very interesting as it unfolds. Could also come back to some licenses too.

These guys are the real White Trash.
The Exuma Park is pure magic and most people visiting are trying to keep it that way, but some arsehole always have to screw it up, always..

82' Sunseeker generally chartered with crew of 3. Crew could be in big trouble.

We do it the other way... we often bring empty trash bags when going to sound side beaches, fill them up with plastic and carry them back in the tender to dispose at the next marina...

We hate plastic in the water. It's amazing what we collect during a quick 30 minute ride or 3 week cruise.
Walking the docks, my assistant is already on it before I point it out. Ice bags to flip flop (only one), we try to always pull up when we see it.
Dumping trash on a beach dune?? Disgusting...

Perhaps the Sunseeker will be impounded, sweet...

Excerpt - Exuma Cays Land and Sea Park (ECLSP) Rules & Regulations:

    • Trash disposal is not available within Exuma Park — take out everything you bring in.

    • Offences carry a penalty not to exceed $500 and confiscation of any boat, vessel or aircraft and of all equipment, stores, provisions or other effects used in committing the offence.

Probably going to be hard to legally prove after the fact based on a few pictures. They could get them some other ways... if they disregard trash rules in the park, what are the odd that they even have a foreign charter license?

You think those SFBs (dumpers), policed their own trash?
Bet there is great evidence in those trash bags.

    Another happy ending......
Prolly won't confiscate the yacht but I'd threaten that for sure.

I was wondering why he was so quiet on the groups he participates... he s done a great job enforcing fishing regulations in the park.
