Got to get it out of my drive way.

This 25" Merc was running fine near 6 years ago when I purchased it for a project.
The project went, with out this engine.
I can turn the flywheel by hand.
It is all there.

The 25inch lower unit was sold and another fresh lower unit re-installed a couple of years ago.
Still never run.

Some easily repairable cracks on the one piece cowling.

I have new 20 to 25 inch transom adapter brackets if needed, at an additional charge.

I will consider reasonable offers or trades or partial trades either way..
