Marinas in Tunisia/Malta

    Hello,

    Could anyone please help me in finding a marina in Tunisia which will be able to take a 42 meter yacht. Any help on the matter would be great!

    Also, does anyone have experience in Grand Harbour Marina in Malta??

    Any information would be great!

    In Tunisia there is Port Yasmine. We spent a week there and there are a few 50 meters that go there for fuel and duty free items. the Harbor Master is a very nice guy. I am not sure if he is still there but you can e-mail him directly on master@portyasmine.com.tn. His name is Ahmed Moatemri. We did use a agent but found out later is was not necessary. The Harbor Master will help you with any questions.

    We also spent a few days in Grand Harbour Marine in Malta. It is a good Marina and i didn't have any problems there. It is secure. Several big boats spend their winters there.

    We have three Marinas in Malta.
    1) Grand Harbour Marina in Valletta Grand Harbour on the East Side in Birgu
    2) Manoel Island Marina on Marsamxetto Habour
    3) and the still managed by the Government Ta Xbiex Marina
    All have space to accommodate Super Yachts under 100 metres.
    I would consider the level of service following the numbers 1 - 3, and to get a berth in the cheap Ta Xbiex one, you will need an agent or some connections.
