March saw a number of yachts being launched in really close time frame of each other all over the world. Here is a synopsis of those launches...as I remember.

Baglietto launched...what apparently was to be their last yacht, "Lucky Me"...

NorthCoast launched their publicised N125 motor yacht...

Logos Marine in Turkey launched the "Meya Meya"...

YachtPlus/Rodriguez yard launched the "Ocean Pearl", sister to "Ocean Emerald"...

    Heesen NLD launched 50-meter "SKY"...

Another Dutch yard in Vitters, launched the "Lady B"...

Then another Dutch yard in Jongert launched their acclaimed "Lucia-M" motor yacht...

The Magnificent 96-meter Project "Orca" by Blohm & Voss was almost in secret fashion launched...

The McMullen & Wing/Aquos Yacht's 45-meter "Big Fish" slipped out of the building shed in New Zealand...

**NOTE** The above new yachts are not in order of date launched.

    Very nice IMHO.

Except for the 4th one down. Eeeeewwwwwwww.

Obviously someone's taste is quite different from mine. From that angle it looks more like a modern art museum than a boat.

Well the Foster and Partners egg-shaped design has been a big debate all over. So far the majority have not liked them, so maybe that says something about the aesthetic appeal of the design.

I think it speaks loudly about the designs LACK of aesthetic appeal.

And as if one wasn't enough, they built 3 of them! Just to be sure...

You seemed surprised. At one point, they planned to build ten of these yachts.
