I think the owner of Coral Island is Al Sheik Modhassan. He was the client for Pelorus too. Pelorus was sold to R. Abramovich.

Now that is a different look, with the big central staircase.

No, this is a 72 m true masterpiece from Jon Bannenberg. Built at Lürssen in 1994...;)

Here she is in Antibes prior to her departure, picture is from September 23.

Ooops How could I miss that,

However I do see a big similarity between the recent New cruise designs and this particular Bannenberg.

I believe this yacht has a name change! She is now known as "Coral Ocean". All of this comes after a good refit at Lurssen. She is now going to be available for charter and expected to make her debut under her new name at this year's Monaco Yacht Show (MYS).

Seems like a decent price (survey needed of course), but it's a Lürssen, and it's a bit iconic.

She has been sold! She was sold at the Monaco Yacht Show (MYS). A yacht her size selling during the yacht show is a bit of an achievement! You will see "Coral Ocean" sailing Australian waters soon. I believe she has gone for refit since being sold! No indication what her new name will be although the owner's last yacht is called "Mischief".

Awful...but I guess that's what happens when you take an iconic Bannenberg design and slap on a top deck and mast from a 50-meter Trinity. Based on renderings I've seen, her interior has been replaced by another bland all white design.
