    Fairly new member here and my first thread. I am looking to trade my equity in an office building for a small yacht (prefer sail) and need recommendation for top web sites where trades are listed. I would most grateful for any help.

    Don't know that you'll find any such site, and doubt if brokers will be much help putting together such a deal. My suggestion would be to check boats that are for sale by their owners (there are several sites and mags) and feel the owner out if you find a boat you like.
