I'm looking to replace my 15' Whaler with a Novuronia Inflatable in the 12-15' range. Will purchase a good to fair condition tender with a 40-75 horsepower outboard. Contact via e-mail. Thank you.
  2. Selling the whaler????

Yes. The Whaler is for sale when an inflatable is found. With the popularity of Whaler's as dinghies through the years and now the inflatables taking over that market, I'm surprised somebody hasn't developed a set of bolt-on inflatable rub-rails for the Whalers. Maybe you could call 'em "blubber" on a Whaler!:p

I recommen d Avon as they use hypalon fabric, most resistant to sun. Since you are no doubt getting a hard hull inflatable, trim tabs are a very good idea as chine walk is common at higher speeds. Also, get a big motor. Since the tubes go past the stern, they will support an immense motor! The sterns are very strong on Avons, will handle a lot of power, especially since there is flex. I had a 45 originally on my 12;, it was fair with one person, but with two it bogged down noticeably, ane was a dog with four people, so I went to an 85 and this was perfect with four, did not dog down, felt secure, and it is a blast with one person, as you can imagine, yet I feel safe and secure due to it being an inflatable. Very comfortable fishing. And if something causes a person to slip and fall, all they hit is a tube instead of hard hull. I love inflatables.
