    I like to consider myself in pretty good shape. When I am on shore I lift weights, swim. bike, etc. etc. but underway I find it very easy to eat too much on watch, have too many cold ones when I pull in, stay up too late and so on. So I came across this article on a military website that a few "sguids" wrote. I hope you can use and enjoy it. :)

    Thanks C4. A lot of my customers have come into boating/yachting later in life and this is the MOST important time to keep an eye on your fitness. That goes for the captain and crew as well...
