JFA Yachts unveil new 164-foot Explorer Yacht​

French builder JFA Yachts have just unveiled a new 50-meter Explorer Yacht design by Dixon Yacht Design. The contemporary design pervades both the exterior and interior. Speaking of the interior, that is designed by Franck Darnet and has accommodation for as many as ten guests. Five cabins are on hand with four of them on the lower deck and the master can either be forward on the main deck or on the upper aft deck. Eitherway, the master suite would be benefited by large expanse of private deck.

The interior is done on neutral tones, light, airy, sandy and relaxed is afforded by the use of light Oak furniture and pure-white upholstered fabrics. Expected to be built in aluminium, the JFA 164-footer will be carry twin 1,000 Horse Power CAT engines. Top speed is anticipated to be 16.5-knots with a range of 4,800 nautical miles at economical cruise speeds. She is 50-meters LOA, 9.97-meter BOA and 2.50-meter draft allowing her to approach, enter and enjoy shallow coves and bays around the world.
