Currently looking to purchase a boat that has Iveco NEF 250 motors. Any feedback on these motors? Good, Bad, Ugly? Thanks!

I've always heard they were good motors. I only ran one boat that had them and they seemed to run nice. However, I'd imagine parts are real hard to come by in a timely fashion.

Hugo Stamp in Fort Lauderdale is a dealer. Rather than imagine, why not just call and ask them about parts availability?

I've seen a lot of new Ivecos in their facility.

I'm not actually looking for parts Marmot - Thanks though! Was just looking for feedback on the motors themselves.

I'm thinking that speaking with a dealer and parts availablilty might be some of that feedback ...no?
