Is this a toe rail chock? Does anyone know who might have made it?

    Hi all,

I am trying to locate a part just like this one (see attachments). From what I can tell, this is a "toe rail chock". The shapes are symmetric, at both corners of the stern and I am missing one. This is from a 1983 Duffy 18 classic. I doubt that Duffy manufactured this, so I was hoping someone might recognize the shape or style and offer some advice finding a replacement. I did find Bristol Bronze which could potentially replicate it if I sent the remaining part in.

Many thanks for any advice or direction.

    Try Spartan up in Maine.

They have a huge selection of bronze hardware from Maine (not red Chinese crap) I built a 26' gaffer and got all my hardware from them

If they don't have that curved chock you could use a shorter one and just extend / curve the wood toe rail
