Vicem's 35-meter motor yacht​

The new Vicem 35-meter is a step down in size from the widely awaited Vicem 46-meter. The Turkish builder has used the same design team for the 35-meter as the 46-meter. Therefore, Mulder Design and Ken Freivokh are the principle designers on this build. Naval architecture is by Mulder and interior design by Ken Freivokh. Although Art-Line is responsible for the interior on the 46-meter.

This is a very sleek yacht for its length with no tenders visible. The yacht is under construction in Vicem’s new 25 million dollar yard in Tuzla, Turkey (one hour from Instanbul airport). The 35M Vicem trideck is built in the same mold as the 35M Vicem raised pilothouse and is also a Frank Mulder design.

2 x 16V 2000 MTU M93 series engines will push the Vicem 35-meter motor yacht to a top speed of 23 knots. The range at cruising speed is just under 1,000 nautical miles pulling from 28,000 LT of fuel. The 135 ton yacht is certified as follows: RINA CROSS HULL (BALL) MACHINERY, CHARTER CLASS, SHORT RANGE.

On the inside, she hosts guests in a five stateroom layout. Two of these are full-beam VIP-type cabins. There is a captain’s cabin on the main deck and (2) double crew cabins with a lounge and galley in the crew quarters. The double bed captain’s cabin is behind the wheelhouse on the third deck. Vicem are working on completing this 35-meter, the 46-meter and the 32-meter Raised Pilot House all in 2011. All of these are in the company's 'Vision' Line.
