In Build: Dauntless Yachts 75' Expedition

Dauntless Yachts working on their first yacht, 75' Expedition​

Dauntless Yachts is currently working on finishing their first yacht for launch in just under two months. Never heard of them? They are a relatively new company based in Turkey, building expedition-type yachts. The first model that is the most advanced in construction and closest to launching is the D75.

This first hull is already sold to a client and the triple deck yacht bears design by Overing Yacht Design. Dauntless Yachts has set up shop in Turkey but was really founded by British yacht owners. Additionally there is another model for build that is larger than the D75. The D85 designed by the same design first follows similar design patterning just on a slightly larger platform.

On the interior, the long-range expedition yacht is designed by Espinosa featuring raised Oak paneling. It is reasonable to expect that the D75 will carry eight guests based on the four-cabin layout. A range of 4,000 nautical miles is extensive for a 75-foot yacht and is sure to be put to great use by her new owner. The new D75 is expected to launch in November 2012.
