ID These water toys?

    I stumbled across this image on flicker. Can anyone ID what these water toys are on the top deck of Silver Lining? Back of the third deck, yellow in color. I first thought they were exercise bikes, but the prop on the bottom gives that theory away.

    They look like some type of personal submersible "craft" of some sorts, but I can't quite figure it out.

    That's kind of what I was thinking they were, but didn't know what they were called or who made them. Google "water bike riding like thing that could double as scuba diving with your head in a glass bowl" didn't return much of help.
