My husband and I have been Trumpy enthusiasts for years. After my husband retired, he became a bridge tender on the intercoastal waterway - opening and closing bridges in the city of Chesapeake. During that time he got to see many a Trumpy vessel and meet alot of great folks. The USS Sequoia spent many a winter in dry dock just next door to one of the bridges he tended and we had the opportunity to board her and see her up close several times. We have since moved and live in Bristol Tennessee (needless to say, we miss those experiences. Nice to see there is a forum for folks like us - that love Trumpys
Welcome aboard. Although I'm no Trumpy expert, I do like seeing them as they continue their cruises through history. Feel free to post some of your favorite photos (make sure you read the photo posting guidelines first).
