    That's very impressive Orion, it provides plenty of room to land and stores easily. I really like that it is flush with the deck as well. The only part that I worry about is that there is a lot of weight to be supported by those tracks until the hydraulic rams are down. It seems like the torque acting on the tracks by the helicopter and the landing pad would be too much to handle especially if underway. Other than that I think it is very practical, nice job!

    Dan, after looking over the animation, the design may change. I am going to write the firm to ask, maybe can post more latter. It looks nice for say an EC120B, but a larger one I think would be tricky.

    The movement up at an angle looks impressive :cool:
