    This will be the fourth year of testing the Hands Free Mooring System at Lock 7 on the Welland Canal.
    The ship enters the lock under its own power and when vessel is in position the lock master engages the Moore Masters, the suction pads come out to the ship and attches then pulls ship into the wall and then they raise the ship.
    When vessel is fully raised the lockmaster releases the suction pads and ship is underway.
    You will notice cleats on top of Moore Master Machines, they are for yachts to attach their lines to and the suction pads are not used.
