It's been on the TV in NZ. The Website operators contacted te Owners to see if they were serious and they are, they also have the whole lot advertised in the Real Estate ( Property) Section of the Website with an asking price of NZD 240,000 so they are almost there. Those photos were taken in the summer as I understand from the weather forecast today the snowline is down to around 100m.
We had a similar situation here in Devon where a couple needed to sell their £1 million house complete with land and lakes but were unable to because of the recession. So they organised a raffle. The whole thing was held up for six months while they were investigated by the Gaming Commission - it will be the Thought Police next! - who found no problem and the draw took place yesterday. Someone got a very good deal and the couple made a little more than the original asking price.
