A German yachting magazine had a nice story about the vintage yacht "Flying Cloud". I have placed the word "gentlemans" in quotation marks, because her original owner was suppost to be Al Capone!

If this is the real yacht of Al Capone, it must be quite famous in the United States. It is even for sale. According to the magazine, they ask 385.000 $ for it. It looks nicely restored on these pictures.

That's a great piece of machinery. My wife will be happy to know that I found another boat I 'need'.:D I would really like to see some interior shots of it. Does anyone know where any exist?

It really is a nice reconstruction. Especially, if you look at her condition before. That looked more like the raw material for a bonfire. Hats off to the skilled specialists.

The boat is actually free. What you are paying for is the restoration.:D Not unlike a number of cars that have been totally restored. A really nice vessel though.
