    Hi everyone,

I'm new to the post forum and have a couple of questions about my 1980 42 foot Post 671 TI's. Does anyone know where the fuel level sender on the forward tank would be located? I need to see if I have a sender or a gage problem. Any help with that would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks

Check around the middle of the tank on the very port side. The wood cap over the tank may have a cutout for it. Your battery could be covering it. Roughly below the oil dipstick on the port motor.

If the wood doesn't have a cutout look for a small wire going under the wood cap around that area. The wire will be going to the sender. Good chance this wire could have come off and stopped it from working.
