front windshields leaking help

    I have a 1991 300 aft cabin and have discovered leakage in the front winshields anything that i can do short of pulling out the windshield. had the same issue with an old 2896 ihad even after replacing the windshields it leaked help help

    Can you seal it without pulling them...? Yeah, but I've never seen it look good, it's usually a mess and rarely does it completely seal the problem and even then not for long. I usually just bite the bullet on leaking windows, ports and hatches and just pull them, clean and rebed with Dolphinite. I still prefer regular old bedding compounds for this stuff rather than polyurethanes and silicones.

    I agree with henning, although you might be able to wipe a bead of sycaflex over it. I am not familiar with Dolphinite, but have had good results with the sycaflex (spelling?) that a lot of manufacturers use.
