I ran a 72' Broward back in the early 90's. I was going through some stuff the other day and found two 24V 55W halogen bulbs that, to the best of my recollection, were for the big remote-control spotlight mounted above the raised pilothouse. Sorry, I can't remember the mfr, but it had a control that was a black 3" joystick protruding from a 4-5" escutcheon. There was a potentiometer that clicked the light ON; then, the more you rotated it, the faster the motors would move when the joystick was moved.... Here is a link to a pic of the same bulb. https://www.interlight.biz/light-bulb/JCD24V55WDX I'll ship these free to anyone who can use 'em (US shipping). Seems silly to throw away $40+ light bulbs. I think I have my profile on here set up for instant email notification, so just post to the thread and we'll figure out how to exchange contact info (this seems to be a vBulletin forum, so I am assuming it has private message capability...?)
Pick me, pick me Hi jhausch, I just did a Google search on this bulb part number in order to shop a replacement for one of mine that burnt out and saw your post. If you still have them, I would be very happy to get them from you as well as pay you something for them. (Mod Note; E-mail and Phone deleted, Use PM) Much appreciated! Jeff
Yep. Still got 'em. I just sent you an email (email notification of your message still had your email address in it)
