  1. For Sale: 2012 Cheoy Lee Bravo 84’ Cockpit Motor Yacht
One owner yacht offered with warranties!

This immaculate 2012 Cheoy Lee Bravo 84’ CPMY is a perfect combination of a yacht offering both luxurious yachting and fishing. She was factory built with a 6’ cockpit to accommodate the first owners need for extra space for water toys, activities and fishing. She is based on the popular Bravo 78 layout found on all previous Bravo 78’s, a model owners have fell in love with. The construction methods are similar to the other Cheoy Lee yachts; no wood in construction. That means flooring, bulkheads and decks are cored fiberglass. No plywood is used to build these vessels. The hull is resin infused and has integral fiberglass tankage. Aluminum tanks are not used at all. The advantage of integral tankage is more fuel capacity as the hull shape is used more efficiently, plus the tanks do not corrode and they also act as double bottom in critical situation.
  2. Cheoy Lee is one of the oldest shipyards in the world. This privately owned shipyard is currently building commercial vessels like tug boats, supply vessel, ferries just to name few, and a variety of pleasure crafts. Pleasure craft line up includes Serenity trawlers, Bravo and Global series motoryachts, explorer yachts and Alpha express yachts.
  3. An extra large open flybridge can accommodate a larger crowd for entertaining. The flybridge has a large hardtop for shade and yet equal uncovered space under the sun.
  4. There is a stainless steel propane grill, large bar with icemaker and stainless steel refrigerator, plenty of seating with gorgeous table, Isinglass enclosure and even a dedicated airhandler for some cool air for the flybridge area.
  5. The original owner kept the dinghy on the cockpit and therefore Cheoy Lee installed a Marquipt davit in the cockpit, hidden in the coaming. This arrangement allowed the owner to handle the dinghy safely by himself without extra help.
  6. The aft deck is perfect for al fresco dining, or an afternoon refreshments. It has an electric high-low table to suit the occasion. The large cockpit allows crew to be out of sight when preparing watertoys.
  7. Large salon, formal dining, wet bar in the salon and main deck day head certainly are features we all love on a yacht.
  8. Salon dining, placed amidship.
  9. A salon wetbar conveniently serves up libations.
  10. This particular vessel was built with lower helm deleted to allow more space for the main deck galley and informal dining/breakfast area.
  11. The first owner liked to cook and have family members being part of that experience. This layout served that purpose with full size galley appliances and a center island making cooking enjoyable in the galley.
  12. Galley dinette with 180 degree vistas.
  13. Her almost equal size master stateroom and VIP certainly make the guests feel as important as the owners. An additional third large stateroom is located separately from the rest of the accommodations giving privacy for guests.
  14. Master head with marble flooring and shower seat...
  15. VIP Guest stateroom.
  16. VIP Guest Bathroom.
  17. Crew dinette located off the swim platform, allows fast access to the engine room and crew privacy.
  18. The remainder of the previous owners Caterpillar extended warranty is still in effect, so is the remaining portion of Cheoy Lee structural hull warranty.
  19. Cheoy Lee factory trained technicians fully inspected the vessel and gave her full systems check and then sea trialed her to make sure she is ready for a new owner. Additionally Cheoy Lee is backing this certified vessel with a full factory warranty for a limited time to make buyers comfortable with the vessel and it’s functionality.
  20. The owners truly loved this vessel. They loved the reliability and performance so much that they ordered a new larger Cheoy Lee. After the new vessel was delivered Cheoy Lee took the 84 in as a trade and is now offering it for sale as a factory certified pre-owned vessel.
