I spoke with a client who had been fishing in Cabo last week and he got skunked. He says the increase in boating/fisherman population over the years has depleted the waiters, I mean waters What gives? Any relation to global warming? Is he a bad fisherman? Any general concensus on this? P.S. This is probably the kinda guy that would admit to a grounding too. Judy
