    Hi All,

I'd like to tap into the wealth of experience here once again for some help.

Can anyone of you let me know about Falcon yachts? What you think about them, are they well built, good points, bad points, stay away etc. etc.!! Especially their earlier builds from 1990s onwards. Just a general idea about the boats and the yard would be great.

    Thanks for the help.

Maybe they are not the best for fast trips in heavy seas, but I think they are pretty good value for money. They are typical Viareggio builds and basically good for how they are used in the Med. The timeless 82s is the typical first larger yacht for many owners on their way to the superyacht division. As with all used boats, a surveyor will tell you if you should buy or stay away.

I know of the Falcon brand but since there are none over in my neck of the woods I've had no idea what the boats are like. Thanks for the replies.

DavidB, thanks for the offer but I'm fine for now. I will definitely let you know if I need your ref. Thanks.
