I have a B54 with DD 12v71ti and when removing the fuel coolers for service a small amount of fuel leaked into the exhaust riser blanket. Assuming not a good thing I have removed the blanket and have it soaking in hot water and Dawn. Any other suggestions?

Let it dry, sniff it. Mild mix of Dawn, very hot water and an old toothbrush. Don't be aggressive, you're brushing, not grinding.

Pink dishwashing gloves will also make us all have a good laugh.;) Photos welcome.

    Been there a lot too.
