    The guy in this article has been living under a rock for the past 3 years. I've seen no less than 10 articles published on this. Also, didn't he find it odd that his filters were constantly clogging? Were I on the jury I'd make him pay the court costs and the oil company's attorney fees, and I loath the oil companies because they're a bunch of greedy sob's. :(

    CAP you're being too hard on him. Didn't you read the article where Bob Adriance said the test results weren't available to the NY and Cali guys when ethanol first came out?

    Can't vouch for Calif., but they've let us in NY buy national mags for awhile. We even have scuttlebutt in the marinas.:D I sympathize with the guy and everyone else who has had to lay out big bucks changing tanks, etc. If this were a suit it would be class action against the EPA, but that would put him up against the clean air folks and ther'd be no $ in it for him. I suspect someone is looking for a way into a deep pocket. Wasting the courts time costs us all.
