Was going to Emerald Bay Marina this coming Jan .
Would like to know if someone has been there before
They tell me their receptacles are 5 pin 3Phase 120/208 Volt 100 Amp.
Please let me know if this is correct.

    Thanks

I've been there before but have no idea. Call them on the phone or email them.

Looks like they have it all "30/50/100 amp 120/240 (3ph)".
    Just like at home.

If 240Vac is from a Wye transformer, looks like it is, You will get just 208Vac.
The important part, The Amperage is there.
This is normal and most ships equipment will work with it.
Check your boat out on a local dock with the newer 3-phase dock services.

What dockside electric do you require? How large is your boat?

Have you talked with them (Emerald Bay Marina) at all yet?
Or better question; who is they??

We talked to a gentleman at the marina this morning.
For 100 Amp he claims their receptacles are 5 pin 3Phase 120/208 Volt 100 Amp.
I have a 100 Amp 4 Wire cord end and a 50 Amp 3 wire and use both.
Boat is an 83 Ocean Alexander.

If you have just one 4 pin / 100A connect, There are adapters you can purchase or make custom for the 5 pin connect.
You also need a separate 50A connect (I assume 120/240Vac) at the same time???
If their dock service pole does not supply 5 pin 100A and 50A service, you could tap off of the custom 4pin to 5pin adapter for the 50A.
