    what does the reset switch do on the Post electrical panel?

    i can add pic, but ive seen it on a bunch of Post panels so i guess it is OEM.

    Hi RT,

    Can you be more specific ?
    Is it on the 12 V or the 120 Volt side off the panel ?
    Is it the main breaker ( switch ) or a branch circuit ?

    "Reset" makes me think of a main breaker or overload that, if tripped, could be .... reset.
    If it ain't tripped, leave it be.

    A picture is always helpful.

    My panel has 2, 120 volt "mains", one 12 volt "main" and a generator " main" breaker on it. all can be reset if tripped.

    Hi RT

    The reset switch is usually for the fresh water well pump to reprime itself.I hope this will help.

    that is what it is, a re-prime for the well pump.....
