Hopefully there are not many boats in stock these days, unless a buyer has walked away. Then you may have some discount, payed by the deposit.

Sunseeker was in same situation last year with some models. Especially towards the middle of the year. This is particurarly the reason why the company was sold in mid 2010 to that Irish investing company, as they had to help some of their dealers and rebuy stock.
But I think the opportunity at the moment are much less to what they where in 2008,09 and 10. So good luck for the hunt.
But remember you live only once, so if you can afford it just go for it....

Is it right to assume that you're converting Euros into Pounds for buying a Sunseeker?

The reason why I'm asking is that the company's stock might also depend also on the GBP:EUR Parity for the European market; which was 1:1.50 in 2007, 1:1.10 in 2009 and 1:1.18 in 2011. The Pound is slowly gaining in value against the Euro so this might be a good time to buy one regardless of the discounts.
