Crew Work in Fort Lauderdale

I am a 22 year old hard working, outgoing, and motivated South Floridian. I am looking for full time work on a US flag boat as a deckhand, crew member, mate, or maintenance position. I am currently employed in maintenance managing numerous 40’ to 100' yachts. Experience up to 150\'. I have experience in many fields including travel, paint & body, detailing, maintenance, boat shows, and work with private owners. I have overseen detailing crews of 20 people. I have grown up locally and in the yachting industry. I have worked for large companies as well as private owners, prefer private. My expertise goes beyond just boating.
