I do not have cooling on one side of my 430 exhaust.
The engine runs cool but burnt up an exhaust hose.
Does anyone have any idea for the possible cause?

    Hi,

It sounds like you have a blockage in your cooling pipes somewhere.

If you were in Saltwater I would suggest some salt left by hi temp ops but assume you are in FW.

It sounds like you're exhaust manifold and riser is plugged. If they are older than 5 years, I'd recommend changing them. I've also seen thermostat housings on gas motors that have tees on them and they can get plugged also.........and contrict water going to one of the exhaust manifolds.

I have pulled off the elbow that the water is injected
into the exhaust and that is clear.

I am thinking water pump. It looks like they have a
pump for each manifold, at least I think that is what I
am looking at, strange looking beasts but the water lines
    attach to it
