Soraya's first luxury yacht build is now pretty much completed since the Soraya 46-meter motoryacht satisfactorily completed sea trials. Only thing is, there is no owner to deliver her to. Hence, she is for sale and looking for an owner. This yacht was behind the eight-ball from the start with an initial expected delivery date to have been in 2012 but a number of issues including the economic crisis ensured she launched a couple of years passed that.

Successfully rolled out of her shed and launched last year, she is now completed internally and externally. This 46.7-meter megayacht has styling from Uniellé Yacht Design and Naval Architecture by Meccano Engineering. One of the main features that stands out is the fact that there is a helipad onboard. Yes, a helipad onboard a sub-50-meter yacht, yes it is a bit unusual. The helipad is located on the bow and is for touch-and-go operations, not to store a helicopter on deck. Designed and built in compliance with RINA and MCA standards, the Soraya 46 can accommodate 10 passengers in 5 cabins and 9 crew. If you are not in a hurry to go anywhere, the Soraya 46-meter can rack-up a 4,500 nautical mile range at around 12-knots, not bad! Since she is for sale, her reported asking price is around 25 million Euros.
