    Hi,

I did not do a mezz but I will say this to those that are thinking of any deck replacement.

You'd think more anti skid is better but it's not.
We did our deck a few years ago.
I used a guy that has an impeccable reputation.
    He did a beautiful job,
The deck was sorta split into three equal sections, forward and aftwise, by way of masking tape.
The two outside sections had just the right amount of non skid mixed into the final coatings.
The center had quite a bit more.
It was not noticable to the eye but you could feel it.
The contractor offered to do it over when I noticed it but I thought more was prolly better.

    I was wrong.

It is a big P.I.A. to keep clean.
You almost need a pressure washer to " float" debris away from the non skid section.

Now from a safety prospective it is bullet proof.
For a neat freak ( which I am not ) it would send you to the asylum.
Who needs to be all twitchie on your back deck........

l'd also like to see pics of a mezz on any size Post.

I don't mean to hyjack the thread, just a tip if you do a deck,
Mod's, move this or delete if it's not appropriate.
