   The Christensen "Silver Lining" is up for sale and has recently had a reduction in her asking price. She is now asking 14.95-Million USD.

   She was scheduled to be in the show, however after a problem with an air handler / chiller, she was quietly tied up in a marina down the road.
   
   At a balmy 90* and 85% humidity, I didn't find fault in their logic.
