Chef or Cook/Stew Available

Looking to secure a long term or temporary position as Chef or combination Cook/Steward on a motor or sailing yacht. A qualified by trade Chef with over 25 years of experience in professional food and hospitality service including preparation of creative foods and menus, personalized guest/client services, server and chamber duties, culinary school (J&W), management, ownership, freelance position as Chef/ Temp Assistant to Chief Steward (M/Y Sacajawea) and [food service related] military service (USMC).

Although still new to Crewing, I am aware of specific and unique challenges the Yachting Industry poses (i.e. provisioning, resourcefulness, long hours, close quarters, motion sickness, importance of professional and personal flexibility, et cetera).
