    If you are chartering with crew, the usual is to use a MYBA contract, issued by the Mediterranean Yacht Brokers Association to their Broker members. If you are interested in a contract for bareboat charter you can find a sample at these guys website; sailingparadise.com/bbgreece_contract.html
