Catamaran acquisition by CC?

I recently came across a power catamaran, 38 to 42 feet. It was built for cruising with 4 cabins, multiple heads, large galey, etc... There was no identification on her, but the people at the marina daid the company had been purchasee by Chris Craft in the 70s or 80s. This is along shot but does any one have any info on this company. It happens to have been exactly what I have been looking for.
