Carver 440 oil usage ??

    I have twin CAT 3116 motors and noticed I used about a quart of oil in about 50 hours on one motor and none on the other. What is typical for diesels ?? They each hold 26 quarts so it seems minimal to me.......Thanks

    A quart every 50 hours is minimal and I would consider very good for those motors.
