    Experienced boat captain needed to operate and coordinate activities on 50-ft Hatteras splitting time between Long Island, NY and the Florida Keys. Responsibilities include all operations, and all maintenance of boat. Fishing knowledge a must. Must be familiar with NY/FL waterways and able to plot courses & navigate boat in ocean & coastal waters to ensure safety of vessel, owner and visitors. Perform regular inspections to comply with all safety & environmental regulations and purchase supplies & equipment.

    Requirements:
    Must be a US Coast Guard certified captain, CPR certification a plus. Must have proficiency with GPS, navigation and fish finder equipment and software. Maintain high standards of excellence at all times and present a professional & courteous demeanor. Must be highly motivated, possess a positive and cooperative attitude and be willing to work year round- early mornings, late evenings, weekends & holidays. Minimum 3 yrs exp.
