    This is probably already in a thread somewhere but I can't find it. Where can I find the new Califonia ARD Requirements for DD 8v71's in a Hatt and information on retrofit kits or equipment upgrades?

    I didn't know there was emission restrictions on the older DD 2 strokes for private boaters??? I thought it was only for commercial engines.
