    Are you thinking of buying a boat? Not sure if it's a good and strong boat? Wonder how strong the hull is?

    Well have no fear. Now there is the Bubba Test for boats. Some would call this a "Redneck" test.

    I watched a close 2nd to that this weekend. Friday night a 30' bowrider rammed the boat opposite his slip hard about a half dozen times. I finally had to talk him in, but couldn't get him to use idle speed. Everything was full throttle forward or reverse. He must have had the boat out again today, because, when I came in, I saw that he now has knocked over the piling next to his slip.:eek:

    That same guy was in St. Ignace over the weekend. The Dock Master there, a very calm, easy going guy was coming out of his skin running down the hill blowing his gasket. It's been an exciting week up here. We saw his brother do the same thing earlier in the week on Mackinac Island.
