If in south Florida where most marinas have wooden pilings make sure you pick a boat with rub rails and easy side boarding from a fixed dock. Some of the brands you mentioned often ship boats without rubrails and / or without side doors for boarding. considering that slips are pretty tight in SoFl you can’t count on fenders when backing in. Otherwise you d better be best friend with a gel coat expert.
Reads like two next a lower shelfs at a liquor store. Next shelf down is red-neck booze. Skippy J is correct. Pass the Muts also. Find a better class and more common/mainstream boat for your money.
You have named some strange choices. There are much better brands on the market such as Princess, Sunseeker, Ferretti and Azimut. You will not have trouble finding a well kept pre-owned yacht in any of these brands.
The list is unique in that it seeks to find opinions from experienced folks on the more obscure brands. It isn’t a personal wishlist, it’s purposely done. The brands you listed are well known and well documented in these forums.
How about a boat that looks like a boat, Eastbay, Fleming or Sabre would be a very nice choice 60-65' 14'-17' a nice restored Lyman would be very good choice. Or an older, clean well kept Boston Whaler 15' super sport with a 70hp outboard.
I've never gone out on any of the five. Have some knowledge of a couple but the problem is when you choose less popular brands, you won't get a lot of first hand information.
