I am just completing installation of a new suite of Garmin NMEA2000 electronics including a whole hosts of displays and sensors. I have installed BlueVision g2 charts for most of the eastern seaboard from Cape Breton to Florida as well as the virgin islands. I have not sourced a card that contains detail of Bermuda, our next port after departing Halifax.

I have checked the Garmin website and still come up empty. Does anyone know of a solution? Am I missing something easy? It seems hard to believe that Bermuda charts would not be available on the plotter given the numver of yachts transiting the island every year.

    regards,

The GPS coverageis as good as anywhere else, but the electronic chart coverage is poor at best. The upside is that Bermuda is probably one of the easiest places in the world to navigate. Everything is well marked and the paper charts are great.

    Thanks Ken,

So far I've got two independent GPS' in the new Garmin Suite, a separate GPS on the Furuno NavNet suite, two garmin handhelds, one attached to my laptop, an old Megallan handheld and up to date paper charts.

Just wanted to make sure I didn't miss out on a 3-4 card to bring the plotter into the picture...
