  1. New 50-meter in-build; Hull FB802 Sold
The first 50-meter of this series was launched and completed as “Vica” two years ago and now the second hull is expected to be launched in a couple months. Hull FB802 was under construction but recently gained an owner thanks to a new sale. The build name is Project ‘Breeze’ but that does not give any indication to her final name at this point. The construction should be similar to the first hull using a GRP hull and aluminum superstructure. The yacht exists over three decks and a large sundeck and has a number of great features. A Jacuzzi is expected to be on the aft sundeck and flanked by sunpads and an al-fresco dining table.
  2. A second dip pool is going to be on the foredeck just aft of the steaming mast. It offers guests numerous venues onboard to cool-off on deck if they choose not to venture to the water. The design incorporates a touch-and-go helipad on the roof of the bridge. However, it is unclear if Hull 802 will have the helipad or if it will just be used as extended space for guests to lounge on. If the second hull is carrying twin 1,450 horse power CAT engines then her top speed should be in the region of 15.5-knots. Project Breeze is currently outfitting and with delivery anticipated for June, 2016 she should launch in the next two months –speculatively-.
  3. The twin-screw displacement superyacht will have ample accommodations for her guests and owner as well. Her owner will have the master suite on the forward main deck. This suite is full-beam and also comes with a structural balcony on the starboard side. In other words, it is not a fold out platform as is the popular choice of recent, it is a built in balcony into the structure and does not protrude pass the yacht’s beam. It is as simple as opening the sliding glass doors and your balcony is there. Fabio Ermetto, CCO at Benetti, is very satisfied with the latest signed contract: We see our winning strategy of building 50 meter plus yachts on-spec confirmed with this sale, obviously supported by an unequaled financial solidity.”
