I’m wondering what others have for an anchor. The boat (new to me) came with a Trefoil 46lb anchor. Seems a bit undersized for any overnight anchoring. I tried to install a Rocna 73lb anchor but that didn’t seem to fit my existing setup.
    Any thoughts?

I think the Rocna looks like it'd be good in a sandy or muddy bottom, but I think the Trefoil will have better grab in the rocky bottom of L.I. Sound and the rivers in Ct. Weight I DK except that Azimut tends to undersize things IMHO. Why not stick with the Trefoil but go heavier? Also make sure your windlass can handle what you're putting on.
