    I have seen these on other boats...but who makes them? I have big heavy windows forward of the helm station that open by tilting away from me...hinged at top...they are hard to open and close and I am looking for the device that can be DIY'd in. Any ideas I'd love to know about em.

    A quick Google search gave this little electric opener. I don´t know if it is for 12 volt but there is a transformer on the picture so maybe?
    At least it is a nice and small thing, not destroying your classic Chris.
