    I have some knowledge as a captain of a yacht that was arrested, but does anyone know the full procedure to arrest a vessel that owes money?

    Hmm interesting reading.

    How do these people get away with not paying their crew? it's a small world in the yacht industry, you'd think the reputation would precede them??
