Antigua creates new yacht registry

There is a new Antigua and Barbuda yacht registry. Recently launched, it is aimed at further bolstering the local megayacht industry they have created and in so doing attract more yachts to the island. The move is in direct faith to keeping the economy of the country in good stead.

This move and also the attempt to make the customs and immigration processess seamless are overall measures being put in place to help attract more vessels (yachts) to the country. Of course we know that the Antigua flag is well known and used throughout the merchant fleet all over the world. Now they are looking to put a further stamp on the yachting fleet.
