    A&R's latest superyacht has been rolled out of the shed, it is the latest incarnation of the "Excellence" line for this serial superyacht owner. The 80+-meter superyacht was built as Project 6505 and often referred to as Project "Intensity".

    Very similar to one of their concepts. Interesting that it’s a Winch design given the previous relationship and that the owner had designs drawn up with a different designer originally.

    I like the design - modern and bold without being too exaggerated.

    BTW, is this the same yacht that was available for sale some years ago for 120-130 million euros? I think there was even a discussion here on the forum whether the price was relatively 'cheap', considering it was an 80+ meter yacht built in a northern european yard and designed by a top designer.

    She has already started sea trials... Her first round of trials are underway and her name is fully revealed now as just "Excellence" as we expected.

    Some pictures of Excellence moored at A&R. Pretty radical but looking at her with your own eyes, a pretty nice yacht.

    The revers bow looks pretty dramatic and the amount of glass over two decks is breath taking. Only a very few companies can produce such large pieces of certified nautical glass.

    Not my personal taste but a great looking boat. Those two Yards on the Weser River know to build boats!
